We haven’t had similar feedback on this product, but a slight odour can sometimes be present when uggs are newly made and packed shortly after production. This usually disappears once they’ve been aired out.

Love my uggs and plan on getting a few more for myself and family. Only advice would be as they are very fluffy inside same experience with a pair of boots I purchased you need to size up. I did then very snug because they are so fluffy inside .
