Place a sheet of paper on a flat surface, against a wall.

Stand on it barefoot with your heel against the wall.

Mark the tip of your longest toe.

Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to your mark – this is your foot length in cm.

Always measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
